The salary for this position is Entry-Level: $12,000 – $16,000 USD; Mid-Level: $16,000 – $22,000 USD; Senior-Level: $22,000 – $30,000 USD. Key Requirements
15+ years of technology leadership experience
5+ years as CTO, VP of Engineering, or an equivalent executive role
Proven experience scaling engineering teams and modern tech stacks
Deep expertise in software development and software architecture
Expertise in cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and operational excellence
Ability to align technology investments with strategic business outcomes
Experience working in global or multi-regional environments
Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
Ability to manage complex product development and R&D pipelines
