Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in communications or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili
Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Proficiency in basic office software and digital communication tools
Creative problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in managing social media or online community engagement
Degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field
Capacity to travel or perform field work if required
