Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field
8–10 years of mandatory experience in the UAE construction market
Proven expertise in planning and managing high-rise residential building projects
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 software for project scheduling and tracking
Advanced skills in MS Office suite and various Project Control Tools
Solid understanding of construction methodologies and logical sequencing
Practical knowledge and experience with FIDIC contracts
Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare detailed technical reports
Ability to analyze project risks and propose effective mitigation strategies
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple project streams simultaneously
