Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in education from a recognized institution.
At least three years of proven teaching experience in a secondary school environment.
Strong communication and classroom management skills to engage students effectively.
Strong subject mastery in Kiswahili and Civics at the Ordinary Level.
Ability to prepare and deliver high-quality lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum.
Proficiency in assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
Commitment to continuous professional development and school improvement initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff, students, and parents.
Ability to manage administrative duties related to teaching and student records.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines for grading and reporting.
