Barbeque Nation is currently seeking energetic and professional individuals to join our team as Waiters and Senior Waiters. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests in our locations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Duties include greeting customers, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the dining area remains clean and welcoming. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to maintaining high service standards. The salary for these positions ranges from AED 1,200 to AED 1,700 per month. In addition to the base salary, the company provides food and accommodation. Other benefits such as leave and gratuity are provided in accordance with the UAE Labour Law. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals to grow their careers within a renowned restaurant group. Possible work locations include various sites throughout Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong verbal communication skills in English to interact with diverse guests.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations during peak hours.
Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems or the ability to learn quickly.
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Maintain clean and professional grooming standards at all times.
Physical stamina to remain on feet and moving for the duration of a shift.
Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
