We are seeking an energetic Floor Captain to supervise dining operations at Barbeque Nation in the UAE. The Floor Captain ensures that the service is seamless and that every guest has a memorable dining experience. The role includes overseeing waitstaff and managing the floor during busy shifts in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements
Previous experience in restaurant supervision or shift leadership roles.
In-depth knowledge of table service protocols and dining etiquette.
Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and train a team of servers.
Skill in handling point-of-sale (POS) systems and complex billing tasks.
Strong focus on guest satisfaction and proactive feedback management.
Excellent coordination skills between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Ability to conduct effective pre-shift briefings and ongoing training sessions.
Solid understanding of upselling techniques and comprehensive menu knowledge.
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ambiance in the dining area.
Adaptability to the fast-paced and dynamic environment of a popular restaurant.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
