Barbeque Nation is hiring a professional Concierge to be the first point of contact for our guests in the UAE. This role is vital for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction from the moment they arrive. You will be based in our vibrant locations in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi, assisting with bookings and inquiries.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Professional demeanor with a polished and groomed appearance.
In-depth knowledge of local attractions and services in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Ability to handle guest complaints and inquiries with patience and efficiency.
Proficiency in using modern front-of-house management and reservation systems.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy lobby.
Commitment to providing top-tier customer service and guest experiences.
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Ability to work collaboratively with the floor and kitchen teams.
High school diploma or vocational training in hospitality is preferred.
