QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER @ BAKHRESA FOOD PRODUCTS LIMITED (UHAI WATER BOTTLING COMPANY)
Uhai Water Bottling Company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and maintain the highest standards of product quality, food safety, and compliance across all production processes in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, supervising laboratory testing, and ensuring that all water quality analysis processes meet international and local standards. You will also conduct regular inspections and audits of production and packaging lines to guarantee excellence at every stage of the manufacturing process.
In addition to technical oversight, the Quality Assurance Manager will play a vital role in staff development and operational excellence. This includes training team members on GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures, as well as investigating quality issues to implement effective corrective and preventive actions. You will coordinate closely with production and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and manage customer feedback to ensure timely resolution of quality concerns. This role requires a leader who can maintain meticulous documentation and certification records to uphold the company's reputation for premium quality.

Key Requirements
Masters in Food Science, Chemistry, Quality Management, Microbiology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position within a water bottling company.
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and food safety regulations.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in quality management systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and report writing abilities.
Experience in water treatment and beverage manufacturing processes is an added advantage.
Ability to conduct regular inspections and audits of production and packaging lines.
Proven track record in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
Skills in training staff on quality standards and safety procedures.
