BAHAMME SPECIALIZED POLYCLINIC is seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to join our growing healthcare team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patient health status, and collaborating with our medical team to ensure optimal treatment outcomes in our Morogoro facility. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
Valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory body
Registration with the Nurses and Midwives Council of Tanzania
At least 1 year of professional experience in a clinical setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Proficiency in clinical nursing documentation
Demonstrated ability to handle emergency medical situations
Commitment to continuous professional development
