BAHAMME SPECIALIZED POLYCLINIC is seeking compassionate and qualified Midwives to manage prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care for our patients. You will play a crucial role in promoting reproductive health, providing education to expectant mothers, and assisting during labor and childbirth with a focus on safety and mother-child well-being.
As part of our specialized team, you will ensure that all birthing procedures follow standard clinical guidelines. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Midwifery from a recognized institution
Valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory body
Registration with the Nurses and Midwives Council of Tanzania
At least 1 year of professional experience in a clinical setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
Clinical proficiency in labor and delivery management
Ability to educate patients on maternal and infant care
Technical skills in managing obstetric equipment
Deep empathy and supportive bedside manner
