Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and tax regulations.
High attention to detail and integrity.
Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ability to perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Knowledge of auditing standards and internal control procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data accurately.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
