JUNIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (01 POSITION) @ BAGAMOYO SUGAR LIMITED
We are looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer to support our electrical department at Bagamoyo Sugar Limited. The role involves cooperating with senior engineers in the design and testing of electrical systems, conducting research, and providing data-driven insights for project improvements. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate maintenance records, troubleshooting electrical malfunctions, and monitoring daily, monthly, and annual power generation and consumption metrics. This position requires a proactive individual capable of handling both technical and administrative duties. Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a related field
4-5 years of experience in electrical engineering roles
Expertise in designing and testing electrical systems and equipment
Ability to conduct research and analyze data for ongoing projects
Proficiency in maintaining technical documentation and maintenance logs
Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing complex electrical problems
Experience in tracking and analyzing power consumption and generation reports
Knowledge of administrative works including manpower management
Familiarity with local and national electrical safety codes
Capability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering team
