Bagamoyo African Institute of Science and Technology is hiring 03 Matrons to ensure the safety, welfare, and discipline of female students in our hostel facilities. The Matron acts as a primary guardian, providing psychosocial support, enforcing institutional rules, and maintaining an orderly and nurturing living environment. You will be instrumental in fostering moral and social growth among the student body while managing hostel cleanliness and security.
The role involves monitoring student health, providing guidance and counseling, and coordinating with the college medical team when necessary. You will maintain accurate records of hostel residents and property, ensuring all administrative tasks align with institutional policies. We are looking for empathetic individuals who can provide consistent support to students and maintain high standards of conduct within the campus environment.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Social Work, Community Development, or Counseling Psychology
Experience in hostel management or student welfare
Strong counseling and interpersonal skills
Ability to enforce institutional rules and regulations
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records
Knowledge of student psychosocial support systems
Basic first aid awareness
Capacity to handle administrative tasks
Understanding of health monitoring protocols
Demonstrated ability to maintain security and cleanliness
