Key Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration majoring in HR, Community Development, or Sociology.
A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar human resources position.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy and office software applications.
Ability to manage recruitment processes and create effective onboarding/offboarding plans.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and the ability to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
Experience in providing first-level resolution for payroll, benefits, and attendance queries.
Ability to provide performance management guidance to line management and staff.
Skill in identifying training needs and supporting learning and development initiatives.
Experience in managing employee misconduct and disciplinary matters according to best practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate data for talent analysis.
