PROCUREMENT MANAGER @ BACKYARD HIRING
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Procurement Manager with mandatory experience in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry to lead and oversee all procurement operations and supplier strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the overall procurement function, developing and implementing strategies to optimize both cost and quality across all F&B operations. You will negotiate high-value contracts and agreements with key suppliers while overseeing performance and vendor selection to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
Additionally, you will monitor inventory planning in close coordination with the operations and finance departments to ensure a seamless supply chain. The position requires identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving procurement processes while ensuring strict compliance with company policies, budgets, and cost control targets. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market trends to navigate the complexities of local and international sourcing within the vibrant F&B sector in Dubai. Key Requirements
Proven experience in a procurement leadership role within the F&B industry (Mandatory)
Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills
