Backbone Tanzania Company Ltd is hiring two Office Drivers to support our corporate operations in Kibaha-Pwani. The primary responsibility is to provide safe and efficient transportation for staff, visitors, and company materials while maintaining the company's vehicle fleet in top condition.
Candidates must exhibit a high level of discipline, professionalism, and reliability. This role requires an individual who is well-acquainted with road safety regulations and the geography of the Pwani region, ensuring timely arrivals and a professional representation of the company at all times.

Key Requirements
Valid driving license (Class D or above)
Minimum 3 years of driving experience in a corporate environment
Good knowledge of road safety regulations and routes
High level of discipline, honesty and reliability
Good communication skills and professional conduct
Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle maintenance
Punctuality and excellent time management skills
Ability to maintain a clean and presentable vehicle
Proficiency in using GPS and navigation apps
Physical fitness for long driving hours
