Key Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years' practical experience in construction works
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Knowledge of building materials, mixing ratios and finishing techniques
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Physically fit and able to work on-site under minimal supervision
Proficiency in using power tools and masonry equipment
Knowledge of workplace health and safety protocols
Ability to estimate material requirements for specific tasks
Strong teamwork and communication skills
