POULTRY VETERINARY SPECIALIST (CHICKEN SEEDLING) @ BACKBONE TANZANIA COMPANY LIMITED
Backbone Tanzania Company Limited is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Poultry Veterinary Specialist (Chicken Seedling) to join their expanding team. This vital role is central to the growth of their poultry business, focusing on ensuring the optimal health and development of chicken seedlings. The incumbent will provide essential professional veterinary technical guidance to local customers across Zanzibar and Dodoma, supporting their operations and contributing significantly to the stabilization of local market presence and the expansion of customer resources. This role requires a professional capable of adapting to long-term resident work in these regions. The specialist will be responsible for key technical services related to chicken seedlings, including providing on-site customer support, meticulously collecting and reporting crucial market information, and performing thorough incoming inspections of chicken seedlings to maintain quality standards.
Key Requirements
Age between 25-35 years old.
Male gender preferred for the role.
Technical secondary school diploma or higher, with a major in animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, poultry breeding, or related fields.
Must hold valid professional technical certificates and qualification certificates related to poultry veterinary, animal epidemic prevention, or poultry breeding.
2 to 3 years of practical experience in poultry veterinary service, chicken seedling breeding, and on-site technical support.
Fluent proficiency in both English and Swahili, enabling effective daily communication, professional technical explanations, and on-site business negotiations with local customers.
Hard-working individual, capable of adapting to long-term resident work in Zanzibar, possessing strong on-site problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and keen market insight, coupled with a rigorous work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
