Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting.
Not less than 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in computer applications, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Good analytical, numerical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of statutory financial requirements in Tanzania.
Ability to manage cash flow and bank reconciliations effectively.
Experience in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Attention to detail and high levels of professional integrity.
