The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's social media presence, developing high-quality content, and engaging with our online community. This role involves active participation in digital marketing campaigns, representing the brand on various media platforms, and ensuring an exceptional digital customer experience.
In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to produce creative video content, reels, and live sessions to promote our brand effectively. You must be comfortable in front of the camera and able to represent the company during exhibitions and seminars. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about digital trends and capable of maintaining a consistent, professional brand identity across all digital channels.

Key Requirements
Female aged 20-28 with a Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business, Communication, IT, or Public Relations.
Fluent in both Kiswahili and English with excellent verbal communication skills.
Confident on camera and capable of professional presentation.
Smart, attractive, and well-groomed for brand representation.
Creative and passionate about digital trends and content creation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Proven experience in social media management or digital content creation preferred.
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and record information accurately.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with online audiences.
Reliable with a high level of professional integrity.
