Backbone East Africa is looking for a driven Digital Marketing Officer to lead our digital presence in Kibaha, Pwani. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
The ideal candidate will manage our social media, website, and email marketing efforts while utilizing data-driven insights to improve campaign performance. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and provide detailed reports on ROI and market trends to support overall business growth.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Proficiency in social media management and digital advertising.
Ability to perform basic graphic design and video editing.
Strong analytical skills to monitor website performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.
Knowledge of lead generation and CRM principles.
Capability to manage budgets and track campaign ROI.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
