SYSTEM ADMIN (POSITION: 1) @ BACC TANZANIA

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar IT role.
Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl, or other common languages.
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms such as Windows and Linux.
Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving aptitude.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
Professional certification (e.g., MCSA, CCNA) is considered a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of hardware maintenance and software configuration.
