Key Requirements
Relevant experience in Sales roles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
UAE market experience is highly preferred.
Real estate or construction industry experience is an advantage.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to generate and follow up on leads independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting.
Strong networking abilities to build an investor database.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
