Key Requirements
Relevant experience in Human Resources.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
UAE experience is highly preferred.
Experience in real estate or construction is a significant advantage.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software tools.
Ability to manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse nationalities.
Experience in talent acquisition and performance management.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
