A premier construction and development company is seeking a highly experienced Design & Delivery Director to lead and oversee design excellence for high-profile luxury hospitality and mixed-use projects in Abu Dhabi. This strategic role involves combining creative oversight with rigorous project delivery standards, ensuring that every development meets the highest benchmarks of quality and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between investors, operators, and consultants, fostering seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include establishing robust QA/QC frameworks, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and overseeing value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising on the luxury brand promise. You will mentor senior architects and project managers, guiding them through complex residential, retail, and hospitality developments. The salary for this position is AED 100,000 – AED 110,000 per month plus a comprehensive benefits package including relocation support, stock options, and premium health coverage.

Key Requirements
12+ years managing high-value hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects.
Proven success in concept-to-delivery design leadership.
Expertise in multi-disciplinary coordination across various project phases.
Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and operational requirements.
Strong knowledge of investor expectations and project ROI within the UAE market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship of project managers and senior architects.
Proficiency in implementing QA/QC and design governance frameworks.
Expertise in value engineering to optimize cost-efficiency without quality loss.
Experience in high-end retail and residential development project lifecycles.
