CLUSTER SALES SUPERVISOR @ AY CONSULTANCY
Ay Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and result-driven Cluster Sales Supervisor to manage sales operations across several key locations, including Kibaha, Bwewe, and Magomeni. The primary objective of this role is to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve regional targets, monitor daily sales activities, and ensure that customer service standards are maintained at the highest level. The supervisor will be responsible for coordinating efforts across these multiple sites to ensure cohesive brand representation and market penetration.
In addition to team leadership, the candidate will be expected to analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the cluster. This involves strategic planning, reporting performance metrics to senior management using Microsoft Office tools, and implementing localized marketing initiatives. The role requires a candidate who is highly organized, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and can effectively navigate the challenges of supervising teams in geographically diverse areas.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in administration, human resource management, business, sales, or marketing.
A minimum of two years of professional experience in sales and team supervision.
Must be highly confident and maintain a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse sales team across different locations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clusters simultaneously.
Ability to analyze sales performance data and generate comprehensive reports.
Strategic thinking skills to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
Flexibility to travel between Kibaha, Bwewe, and Magomeni as required by the role.
