ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (3-MONTH CONTRACT) @ AXXON HR
Axxon HR is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for an immediate 3-month contract position located in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance activities, focusing specifically on Electrical Overhead (OH) Crane systems within an industrial or manufacturing setting. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of managing technical teams and ensuring that all electrical systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex electrical issues, supervising daily maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates must have a strong background in industrial maintenance and the ability to join immediately. Key Requirements
Proven experience in Electrical Overhead (OH) Crane Maintenance.
Demonstrated expertise in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise technical maintenance teams.
Extensive experience working within industrial or manufacturing plant environments.
Capability to coordinate and oversee all electrical maintenance activities on site.
Immediate availability to join the organization on a 3-month contract basis.
Proficiency in interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strict adherence to industrial safety protocols and electrical safety standards.
Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy machinery.
Strong communication skills for reporting and team coordination.
