AxiaHR is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Pre-Sales Associate to join our client's team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical teams and prospective clients, ensuring that innovative IT solutions are clearly articulated and effectively demonstrated to drive business growth. You will be responsible for conducting discovery sessions, mapping client requirements to our service offerings, and delivering high-impact technical presentations to stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of professional experience in IT Pre-Sales, Technical Sales Support, or a similar role.
Strong fundamental knowledge of modern IT systems, software solutions, and enterprise infrastructure.
Proven track record in solution design and crafting detailed technical proposals.
Proficiency in delivering high-impact client presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client technical requirements.
Familiarity with the Tanzanian ICT market landscape and emerging technological trends.
Ability to maintain professional relationships and effectively navigate organizational hierarchies.
