Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to contribute directly to business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strong customer partnerships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market share while delivering exceptional customer service and commercial value.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certification in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage
Membership in a recognized professional sales or marketing body is preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role
Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly desirable
Exposure to both modern trade and general trade channels
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
Female candidate preferred
