Axia HR is currently seeking to hire 100 experienced Truck Drivers for long-distance transport operations between Tanzania and Congo. This is a critical role that requires a high level of professionalism, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to road safety as you navigate cross-border logistics.
Successful candidates will be responsible for transporting goods safely, managing vehicle maintenance checks, and ensuring timely deliveries. The position offers a competitive salary package of up to TZS 2,700,000 per month. Applicants must be prepared for long-haul travel and adhere to all international transport regulations.

Key Requirements
At least 3 years of experience driving heavy trucks (HOWO model)
Proven experience in long-distance driving operations
Valid Class E driving license
Valid driving certificate
Valid Passport or proof of active application process
GCLA Certificate
Ability to work long hours on the road
Good understanding of road safety and traffic laws
Clean driving record
Strong communication and navigational skills
