SENIOR NETWORK PLANNING & OPTIMIZATION EXPERT @ AXIA HR
Axia HR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Planning & Optimization Expert to join a global technology solutions provider. The candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing complex 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network infrastructures to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction. The role involves deep analysis of network performance indicators, troubleshooting technical bottlenecks, and implementing cutting-edge features to enhance network quality.
Working within the Network Performance Management (NPM) project, the expert will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic improvements. Responsibilities include leveraging Drive Test (DT) logs, optimizing P3 crowd testing, and delivering comprehensive performance reports. This is a senior-level position requiring a deep understanding of telecommunications architecture and a proactive approach to solving complex network challenges.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or IT
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
Deep expertise in 4G and 5G network optimization and performance management
Proficiency in tools including PHU, U2020, QGIS, and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in managing 2G/3G/4G/5G feature implementation
Ability to analyze Drive Test (DT) logs effectively
Strong understanding of network KPIs and SINR improvement strategies
Capability to work effectively within high-level project teams
