SENIOR IP ENGINEER @ AXIA HR
Axia HR is looking for a Senior IP Engineer to join an elite team responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise and carrier-grade IP network solutions. The engineer will provide high-level technical leadership, handling the complexities of modern network architecture and supporting migration and optimization activities across large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in core IP protocols and technologies. You will lead requirement analysis, design robust network solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues in live network environments. This role demands a high level of technical proficiency and the ability to mentor junior engineers while ensuring that all network operations adhere to global performance standards.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Computer Engineering, or IT
Minimum 10 years of direct network engineering experience
In-depth knowledge of MPLS, SRv6, IPv6, BGP, OSPF, and IS-IS
Demonstrated experience in medium to large-scale network project delivery
HCIE, HCIP, or CCIE certification highly preferred
Advanced network troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead technical solution design and implementation
Strong experience in migration and optimization of IP networks
Excellent customer engagement and technical reporting skills
Ability to stay updated with latest networking protocols and industry trends
