Axia HR is recruiting a Sales and Marketing Manager on behalf of a client, which is a premium luxury fragrance brand operating in the home fragrance and lifestyle industry. The company is recognized for delivering sophisticated scent experiences and high-quality products with a strong focus on elegance and creativity. The manager will play a key role in driving sales performance, strengthening brand visibility, and executing impactful marketing initiatives across digital and retail platforms to support commercial expansion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities and partnerships. Key duties include managing social media platforms, ensuring campaign alignment with the brand's luxury image, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role requires a highly creative professional with expertise in luxury branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement who can work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment in Dar es Salaam.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or brand management.
Prior experience within luxury retail, fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and online sales strategies.
Proven experience in brand development, campaign management, and customer engagement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviors and premium brand positioning.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Track record of identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer acquisition channels.
