SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE @ AXIA HR
Axia HR is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our sales in the construction and building materials sector. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with B2B clients to ensure consistent revenue growth and market penetration.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in promoting our steel and building material product lines. You will be expected to conduct regular market visits, monitor industry trends, and provide detailed reports on competitor activities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to final payment follow-up.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-6 years of proven experience in sales or marketing roles.
Specific professional experience within the steel, building materials, cement, or hardware industries.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
Strong presentation skills and ability to foster long-term business relationships.
High level of commercial awareness and a proactive, self-motivated work style.
Ability to work independently and manage regular field visits to clients.
Technical aptitude to understand and address product-related customer queries.
Proficiency in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and market reports.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage commercial terms effectively.
