Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or route sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of retail and distribution operations
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Basic computer and reporting skills
Valid driving license (Motorcycle or Vehicle preferred)
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
Good negotiation skills and diplomacy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
