COMPLIANCE & RISK EXECUTIVE @ AXIA HR
Our client, a leading FinTech company, is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Compliance & Risk Executive to strengthen its Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with a strong understanding of financial services regulations, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the organization operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while fostering a strong culture of risk awareness and corporate governance. This position involves developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing expert advice on regulatory matters to various business units. You will contribute significantly to maintaining the company's integrity and protecting its interests in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
Key Requirements
Significant experience in compliance, risk management, or GRC within the financial services or FinTech sector.
Strong understanding of financial services regulations and regulatory frameworks.
Proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.
Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational and regulatory risks.
Experience in developing and implementing robust compliance policies and procedures.
Ability to foster a strong culture of risk awareness and corporate governance.
Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and regulators.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to compliance challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, FRM, CRISC) are highly advantageous.
