The successful candidate will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure the company's financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and long-term growth while supporting the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions across the region. The CFO will be responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, treasury, accounting, and investor relations. Key Requirements
Extensive experience (10+ years) in financial leadership and management at a senior executive level.
Proven track record in corporate strategy development and execution.
Deep expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Demonstrated ability to ensure financial sustainability and drive long-term growth.
Experience in the healthcare equipment or medical technology industry is highly preferred.

Proficiency in financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and internal controls.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, along with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
