Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within hospitality, property management, or large-scale institutional facilities.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse maintenance and service teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high operational and aesthetic standards.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to educational environments.
