CIVIL ENGINEERING LEAD @ AXIA

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is required.
Proven experience in both engineering design and field construction supervision.
Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and adhere to strict timelines.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and contractors.
In-depth knowledge of local Tanzanian building codes and international safety standards.
Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) for large-scale construction projects.
