The role requires a candidate capable of producing high-quality mechanical shop drawings, specifically for plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems. The work spans across various project types, requiring versatility and a deep understanding of mechanical construction principles for both villas and high-rise buildings.
The salary range for this role is 10000 AED to 12000 AED. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the technical office, ensuring that mechanical designs are practical, efficient, and well-coordinated with other disciplines. Key Requirements
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and mechanical drafting tools
Direct experience with plumbing and drainage shop drawings
Background in fire-fighting system design and drafting
Knowledge of Villa and High-Rise construction specifications
Familiarity with international and local plumbing codes
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Drafting
At least 4 years of experience in the construction industry
Strong interdisciplinary coordination skills
Ability to revise drawings based on site survey data
Commitment to maintaining high drafting standards
