HVAC SUPERVISOR @ AVOIR HR GROUP
An HVAC Supervisor is needed for a major construction project in Dubai managed by our client. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems on-site, ensuring that all work is performed safely and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing a team of technicians and coordinating with other site departments to ensure project milestones are reached.
The offered salary for this position is 6000 AED to 9000 AED. Candidates must have a strong practical background in HVAC systems and experience in managing site operations for large-scale residential and commercial projects. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of site safety protocols.

Key Requirements
Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Supervisor on-site
Specific experience with Villa and High-Rise HVAC installations
Strong leadership skills to manage site technicians
In-depth knowledge of HVAC equipment and components
Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints
Strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC site supervision
Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC system issues
Experience in material requisition and site reporting
Ability to coordinate effectively with project engineers
