HVAC DRAFTSMAN @ AVOIR HR GROUP
Avoir HR Group is currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC Draftsman to join a leading client in the UAE construction sector. The role involves developing comprehensive HVAC shop drawings and technical documentation for a variety of projects, including luxury villas and high-rise commercial buildings. The candidate will work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are accurate, compliant with local regulations, and delivered according to strict project schedules.
The position is based in Dubai and offers a monthly salary range of 10000 AED to 12000 AED. Focus will be placed on technical proficiency in CAD software and the ability to translate complex mechanical requirements into actionable construction drafts.

Key Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant HVAC design software
Previous experience working on Villa construction projects
Experience in High-Rise building mechanical drafting
Understanding of ASHRAE and local UAE building codes
Ability to prepare detailed ducting and piping shop drawings
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the construction industry
Strong coordination skills with other MEP services
Detail-oriented approach to technical documentation
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
