We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Draftsman for a client in the Construction Industry located in Dubai. This role is focused on creating precise electrical layouts, schematic diagrams, and load schedules for both high-rise structures and villa developments. The candidate must ensure that all electrical drafts meet the technical requirements of the project and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
The salary for this position is between 10000 AED and 12000 AED per month. The ideal candidate will be adept at using modern drafting tools and will collaborate with electrical engineers and project managers to facilitate smooth on-site execution. Key Requirements
Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical or similar drafting software
Proven experience with Villa and High-Rise project requirements
Knowledge of DEWA regulations and electrical standards
Ability to create lighting, power, and ELV system layouts
Strong understanding of electrical circuiting and schematics
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an MEP drafting role
Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings
High level of accuracy in preparing material take-offs
Effective time management to meet project deadlines
