The position is onsite, with locations available in San Jose, CA, and Austin, TX, catering to local candidates in those regions. Key responsibilities include testing various systems, documenting metadata and semantic contexts, and evaluating the user journeys within conversational AI applications. Although deep data warehousing expertise is not mandatory, a solid understanding of data management and conversational AI frameworks is highly valued for this role as it evolves with modern AI-driven HR technologies.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Business Systems Analysis or a related field.
Proven expertise in HR data analytics and managing various HR software applications.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Demonstrated experience with enterprise-level data management and data migration projects.
Ability to document technical metadata and maintain semantic context for data systems.
Experience in testing and evaluating user journeys, specifically for conversational AI applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modeling, even if not at an expert level.
Must be an independent candidate (W2) currently residing in San Jose, CA or Austin, TX.
