QAQC ENGINEER @ AUTOLINK CONTRACTING
Autolink Contracting is seeking an experienced QAQC Engineer to join our growing team for ongoing and upcoming high-rise and tower projects in Dubai. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that all construction works are executed in strict accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and international quality standards. By maintaining these high benchmarks, the successful candidate will help uphold the reputation of both the project and the client within the competitive construction landscape. The monthly salary for this role is between AED 10K and AED 12K.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance and control procedures, inspecting materials and structural works, and reviewing shop drawings and method statements. The role also involves coordinating with consultants and third-party laboratories for necessary inspections and approvals, issuing non-conformance reports (NCRs) when necessary, and verifying corrective actions. Candidates must be currently located inside the UAE for a face-to-face interview and should be prepared for an immediate start. Proficiency in Dubai Municipality standards and ISO quality management systems is highly required for success in this position.

Key Requirements
BSc. Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction engineering.
At least 3 years of specific work experience within the UAE construction market.
Previous experience working with contracting companies on residential or commercial high-rise projects.
Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approval processes and QA/QC audit requirements.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and quality control procedures.
Experience in inspecting materials, structural works, and finishing works for compliance.
Proficiency in reviewing and approving shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Proven ability to coordinate with consultants and third-party laboratories for inspections.
Skill in issuing non-conformance reports (NCRs) and verifying subsequent corrective actions.
