As part of the Karimjee Group, you will represent a leading brand in the automotive industry, providing clients with expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair solutions. The Sales Consultant will be based in Dar es Salaam and will participate in the walk-in recruitment event at Masaki. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and expanding the company's client base within the region. Key Requirements
Prior relevant experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of automotive parts and service solutions.
Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Strong networking skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic office applications.
Excellent time management and self-motivation skills.
Fluency in both English and Swahili is highly preferred.
