This position is based in Dar es Salaam, with interviews held at Masaki. The successful candidate will oversee the workflow, coordinate with different departments, and ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently met. Key Requirements
Significant prior experience as a Foreman in an automotive workshop.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and maintenance.
Ability to schedule and coordinate workshop tasks effectively.
Experience in managing inventory and ordering genuine vehicle parts.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills for managing staff and interacting with clients.

Proficiency in reporting and documentation of workshop activities.
Ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.
