AUMS Geofields Tanzania Limited, a subsidiary of Perenti Limited, is seeking a motivated Graduate Mining Engineer to join their prestigious Graduate Program. This role is based at the Geita Gold Mine in Tanzania and offers a unique opportunity for early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in underground mining operations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineering staff and site management to support critical mining activities, ensure production targets are met, and contribute to operational excellence through technical analysis and reporting.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering
Strong commitment to workplace safety and risk management
Ability to work independently and apply mining standards
Willingness to complete a 2-year Graduate Program
Knowledge of mining software such as Excel, Deswik, or Vulcan
Excellent communication skills for team and client engagement
Ability to analyze mining performance and identify cost savings
Valid Tanzanian Driver’s Licence
Tanzanian Blasting Certificate
Graduate membership with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB)
