We are looking for an experienced RO/STP Operator to join a major offshore project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis and Sewage Treatment Plants, ensuring consistent water quality and system efficiency. This role is vital for supporting the daily operations and sustainability of the offshore facility, requiring a focus on both technical proficiency and environmental safety. Selected individuals will benefit from a structured 90/30 rotation schedule and a 12-hour daily shift with overtime possibilities. Key Requirements
Proven experience in operating Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).
Familiarity with water treatment systems in industrial or offshore contexts.
Ability to adhere to a 90/30 day rotation schedule.
Capability to work 12-hour shifts plus potential overtime.
Knowledge of chemical dosing and water quality testing procedures.
Experience in troubleshooting mechanical issues within water plants.
