IT SUPPORT ENGINEER (DISPATCH TASKS) @ AUH TECHNOLOGIES
AUH Technologies is looking for motivated IT Support Engineers to join our team for Desktop Support Services (Level 1) in Dar es Salaam. This role is specifically designed for early-career professionals or students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the IT industry. As a Dispatch Task specialist, your primary responsibility will be responding to raised tickets and traveling onsite to provide technical solutions and support to our clients. The role is an on-call position where you will be expected to attend to onsite tasks promptly when required. This provides a flexible yet challenging environment for those looking to build their technical troubleshooting skills in real-world scenarios. Ideal candidates should be proactive, have basic knowledge of IT hardware and software, and be able to navigate Dar es Salaam effectively to meet onsite requirements.
Key Requirements
Foundational knowledge of IT hardware and software components.
Ability to provide level 1 desktop support for onsite clients.
Flexibility to work on an on-call basis as tasks are dispatched.
Willingness to travel to various onsite locations within Dar es Salaam.
Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and management.
Ability to follow structured dispatch instructions and ticketing workflows.
Proficiency in basic operating system maintenance and setup.
Understanding of basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
